Refunds & exchanges
I do not accept refunds or exchanges with the exception of shipping breakages/issues. It is quite a strain with the way I restock my shop to swap/unpack items/restock them. Be sure before you purchase! If something is broken, you must contact me within 24hrs of delivery with photographs of the item in the packaging!

All returns must be sent back to the seller before a replacement/refund can be processed. I will send a replacement item within 7 days if available from stock or reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods if no suitable stock is available. Stock items may vary slightly from original piece. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. The seller reserves the right to refuse returns
